About 6 months ago I was having problems with my ears. It looked

swollen and red to me and felt that way, but went I went to the

doctor, he said there was no infection or wax built up. All he did

was give me something for pain and say it could be arthritis in my

jaw. I've had problems throughout all this time, mostly feeling like

pressure and fluid and lots of itching, until I started doing the

Tibetan. It feels so good to be able to hear right again and the

itching and pressure is gone. But not the itching on the rest of my

body, it seems to have increased somewhat.

Thanks for the input. I guess as I progress I will cease to worry so much.

It isn't that I've felt that badly, ít's not knowing how badly I'll feel.

:-) And also, when I can definitively say that it is the K, I won't be as

concerned. (At least I think that now. :-))

Blessings.. :-)

Paul,

It is okay to come to the list to ask questions about something that is going

on. It is new to all of us and although we want to think that maybe it might be

K and we want to surrender to what the changes she is making to our physical

body and our spiritual body, it is still something we find ourselves being

unsure about. I don't mind your coming to the list when something is up. May you

have peace both mentally and spiritually.

Love,

Katherine
