Hi and everyone,

I'm sitting on my chair here in front of my computer. I'm sitting

against a pillow and have been feeling energy currents and vibrations

running along my lower spine up to the middle. I'm not seated upright,

but somewhat slanted - my body is leaning forward towards my desk and

my behind against the pillow. Just a few seconds ago I was startled

when my

tailbone started vibrating loudly as a woodpecker would attack a

tree/wood. I cam feel the vibrations moving up and down my back

(spine) and a little bit in front of my body and my legs ... as if I

am being given a massage. Its not painful. It actually feels good.

What does that mean? What is happening?

Thanks,

Anne

Hi Anne,

This is just what happens to me very often, together with blissful shudders.

Chrism

advised me to practise the safeties daily, especially the tongue, the eye and

the finger

locks. I have't had any inconveniences so far. Best wishes - Ruth
