Guest guest
Thanks, Sherri. This sounds like a terrific suggestion (especially for us empaths!). Do you do that all the time, or only during meditation? And, later the technique was useful in having others negative energy pass right through me, (like there is nothing there for the negative stuff to stick too) moving the space larger or smaller for comfort when things like you describe here happen, and being able to hold it, and also for practicing what it feels like to be without the body, just consciousness which, for me, was pretty scary at first. > > I thought I would pass it along..... > > In gratefulness, > > Sherri > > -- > The high destiny of the individual is to serve rather than rule-Albert Einstein > > -------------- Original message -------------- > " Sarita " <sarita1969 > I am sure most of you already know this info, but I thought I would > post it. Guest guest
Humm....interesting question. I sort of am in mediation all the time now and seem to automatically adjust to whatever is happening around me. Its like part of me reads the energy at all times, maybe the spiritual autonomic nervous system! In the past, if I got a strange vibe from someone or had an unusual experience with someone that I did not wish to experience again, I would do that as an energy technique whenever I was to be in the same situation. Others abilities to send negative energy vary greatly so some self-adjusting sometimes has to happen depending on the others subtle gradations of being able to send energy. In gratefulness, Sherri That is the best I can answer that question right now.. -- The high destiny of the individual is to serve rather than rule-Albert Einstein -------------- Original message -------------- " selena230 " <selena230 Thanks, Sherri.
