Guest guest
Thanks Sherri! That sounds awesome. I would love to experience being a flower. I wonder if this is similar to what I have experienced while meditating. Somtimes I start free floating and I no longer feel as though I have a physical body. I have also had just my head " disappear " . Sarita , kaliese wrote: > > Do it with your mind and intention. Visualize your body, visualize the cells (or whatever) in it, notice how close they are together and put more space between them. It feels sort of strange at first and you might go slowly to see how you feel but, with practice, you can just about disappear. One can eventually go further and become one with all, which is disconcerting as you have no consciousness of any boundary of the body, but quite bliss inducing as well. Going slowly and experimenting and pulling (or putting yourself back together, lol) often is probably a good idea. > > For me, it no longer is a visualization. I feel my body actually doing it, but, again, one needs to keep a grip on ones consciousness and sanity. You can also take a part or most of yourself and join anything, like a flower and experience being the flower. But remember to stay aware of your consciousness and do not get lost. > > In gratefulness, > > Sherri
