Guest guest
Thank you U for your suggestions. You are right about already trying the first one you mentioned. The last one I remembered was a few days ago, I woke up right after having it and made myself get up and write it down in the middle of the night. At first I laid in my bed recalling it to the most minute detail so that when I woke up in that morning I would be able to remember it to write it down. After going through it in my mind something told me that I would so I made myself get up. I had had one a couple of nights right before that one I had a night where I had multiple dreams and I remember realizing this while I was sleeping. Each time I had a dream I recognized how bright and colorful each dream was and I remember them having to do with something spiritual, but that is all, but at the time they were so vivid and I remember while I was still asleep how vivid they were and that because they were I told myself that I didn't have to wake up to write them down because I would be able to remember them in the morning. Well, guess what! I couldn't remember anything about them other than the fact that they were as colorful and bright as if I were watching a movie of fantasy! So brilliant! I also remembered that they were spiritual related, but that is all. I did read though that not everyone dreams all the time if you don't go into REM sleep. Maybe I am not making it to that level of sleep for some reason, or like you said I am dreaming but just don't remember. I am going to give your other suggestion a try though! Thank you so much for taking the time to pass on your suggestions. I hope you have a wonderful and Blessed night! An obvious suggestion, the one you might have already tried, is to try to recall your dreams the very first thing in the morning - as soon as you regain your awareness. Avoid moving when you first wake up - physical movements triggers certain breain mechanisms that don't work well with dream recall. Another suggestion is to do something that Robert Bruce calls " a flicker tape " . But even a simple " snooze " button on a clock will work. Put your alarm clock about 15 min earlier than you were planning to get up. Adjust the alarm clock to go off every 3-5 minutes (depending on how long it takes for you to go back to a full sleeping state). Every time you become aware to turn the alarm off, first try to recall the last thing you saw/heard while in a dream state. That's all that comes to mind for now. Try these and good luck!
