Interpreting signs and symptoms

As a person begins to practice and surrender to a Kundalini

expression certain signs and symptoms can be felt. Kundalini unlike

other sensations of an energetic quality is not always as subtle or

soft in its demonstrations upon the physical body. When ears become

blocked due to the pressure changes that can ensue or headaches

become more intense with no otherwise understood cause. One can begin

to accept the presence of the Kundalini. Especially if the person has

been practicing the protocols for Kundalini awakening or the five

Tibetans.

These techniques will work to open a flow and you need to be aware of

the absolute integrity of the process, as it WILL make itself known

to you. So be advised that as you practice or give to this force with

in you will receive. The quality of the reception will depend upon

the quality of your practice and what if any other format or practice

you have been inserting into it.

The tingles and the sounds the sights and the feelings are all

aspects of this activity inside you due to the practice and or the

Shaktipat or both.

Kundalini will affect the physical body as strong and stronger than

an orgasm or as soft and gentle as a whispered love poem on the back

of beloved's neck. It can be also be as harsh as a physical illness

and have the sensations of a direct incursion upon the body and if

responded to in fear can have the amplifications of that fear

expressed as pain or any number of physical sensations upon that

body.

Because we as a western society are not as endowed with an

understanding of spiritually sourced energy as perhaps other cultures

we will tend towards the questioning of the symptom. This is good and

normal but after a time trust in the experience is going to be

required.

So for those of you early in the process, and those of you striving

to become activated to the awakening process, be advised that " as you

seek so shall ye find " and that having and seeking are two very

distinct qualities.

As you " open " - however you acquire that condition, realize that in

that opening, Kundalini, in quantities that are natural for you will

have a direct and tactile effect upon you. Differences will be

assured as we are all different but so will similarities also

express. So ask your questions and be available for each other. We

are all fellow travelers -

Thanks alot Chrism, as ever , for your guidance and

wisdom.

I had an experience today where fear had to be

conquered, does the K bring you " Real life " action as

tests?

Are these things that happen K related tests or are

they just random?

I have had a few near misses with violence, and feel

that my ability to stay peaceful is being tested, I

always manage to stay focused on peace and allow the

anger energy to flow straight out of me or I absorb it

like a shock absorber. Often I feel as though I have

brought some kind of peace to the anger. I feel the

fear at first but I can get a balance of it and then

just observe feeling neutral.

I guess you could say that all of life is a test, a

test of integrity.

so, this info had meaning to me in particular today,

thanks again,

love and hugs Elektra x x x
