A possible massage oil combination would be 1/3 peanut oil + 1/3 olive oil + 1/3 almond oil. All organic if possible. Full body (both sides) and always with an upward stroke starting from the feet and toes. Please do some very gentle spinal flexations equally on both sides of the body and of course all of the safeties continuously. As those regions and reasons become clear for you, as in what is required of you to work on " specific " issues, do not hesitate and make the required adjustments. They may seem strange but do them anyway.
