I don't understand hand positions. They make their own sometimes

And sometimes my arms go into other places.

 

But you guys are planning your hand positions instead.

 

don't try that what I'm about to explain as it is not according to

your group safety you agreed to in the guideline. When my hand was

open or holding my other hand my shoulders ached and energy moved

through them.

When my hand left hand is open not closed and not touching any part

of my body it tingles or goes numb and my shoulder aches and my face

is covered with feelings.

 

you guys have had goals of where the energy is to go? Why not just

trust it to go and heal or help and then go be of servic somewhere

carrying that or changed by that energy? trusting. sufficient each

day. instead of planning where it's going to go?

 

Finaly question some people have different end objectives and talk

about wanting the energy to go out through the top instead of loop

down around the front or something into the heart? What is that about

do you think people need to plan something?
