Guest guest
Hey everyone. Just wanted to say that the last few days, I've had some strong heart beats, a bit fast and like wanting to pound out of my chest. Very weird for me. I have a normally slow and steady heart beat. I usually have very average to low blood pressure. This feels like an adrenalin rush. I've even been awoken in the night by it, no reason I can think of. No scary dreams, caffeine at bedtime, I'm not on any meds. Is this fairly common? Mostly, though, things are going very well. Love to all, Valarie
Guest guest
Yes Valarie, it is common no worries. Tongue up and the safeties in practice. Get some watermelon and stay well hydrated. Watch your anxiety levels. Sometimes folks go into fear if they are not aware of what is occurring. You know so no need to go there. - blessings - chrism
Guest guest
Ok, thanks, Chrism. I haven't done the watermelon for a few days now. I had canteloupe, does that count? Just kidding. No, no fear here. I can ride with the physical things as long as I know they are connected with Kundalini. I will greet it with joy knowing so. No anxiety, really. I live on a fairly even keel. My 5 y/o will get me going sometimes but I have to just step back from it and see it for what it is. But anxiety isn't a real factor in my life. And now that temps are on the rise (90's here today) I should up my water intake. I'm usually good but need to do better. Doing pretty well on the safeties. Still weaning myself of the morning cup of caffeine though... (blush). Tongue up is a near constant now (when not talking or eating) and finger locks (licks!) happeing throughout the day but not a constant. Back usually straight. Most of it fits into my life pretty well. Veggies in my garden coming ripe now and they are a true joy. Little treasures from the Earth that I helped along. Thanks for your input. I so appreciate you informing us so promptly like you do. Good night and God/dess bless, Valarie , " chrism " <> wrote: > > Yes Valarie, it is common no worries. Guest guest
Yes,it's very common. When K started I was like that for 4 months straight then it stopped. It can feel overwhelming for your body because you can't eat or sleep. If it lasts long ,you have to do something with all that energy like exercise.I get the andrenaline rushes now too but not like in the beginning.Drink a lot of water . Guest guest
I've had that too a few times in my life Valarie. The one time I went to the doctor he suggested to me that I do a 'mantra' after he ran some tests and i was normal. (Pretty hip doctor!) I'm pretty sure it's your heart chakra doing some work! It might race, it might seem to be beating loudly, quickly, fluttering. Hope some of the others offer some advice too! But it sounds like a good thing to me! Peace, bradly
Guest guest
I was reading that the Adrenalin glands are awakened with Kundalini - they are attached to your kidneys, and since they kidneys are such a huge part of the K awakening it is no surprise that the adrenals are like WOOO!! sometimes. I find my heart has been beating faster after I eat something large, or after I have an intense experience. There is a general sense of vibration above my heart in my aura as well. Fun stuff. Good luck!! Love, Kerry (whos computer is STILL broken!) , " curball2002 " <curball2002 wrote: > > I've had that too a few times in my life Valarie. Guest guest
Valarie, I don't know if what I experience is the same as you, but I have the sensation of a very fast, strong heartbeat mostly when I am meditating. I am for sure that what I am experiencing is my heart chakra for if I pay close attention I can feel my physical heart beating at the same time. The chakra beat over powers the physical and makes it hard to feel the physical one. I have known others who experience this when they are praticing a technique to go OBE. Next time it happens pay close attention and see if you can feel two heartbeats. Blessings CC , " vjvousden " <vjvousden wrote: > > Hey everyone. Guest guest
Oops..I didn't pay attention to the title and didn't read all the reponses before repying. I do experience the adrenalin rushes as well, but they are somewhat different than the other I experience with the heart chakra. Guest guest
I think is normal, if the kidneys feel hot, eat watermelon and stay hydrated.
