Guest guest
Hello group! Yesterday and today, since scatterfield removal, I have been having moments of vertigo, not real strong, just mild, like I'm falling over or had a 'rug pulled out from under me' lol. Does anyone know if that would be considered a 'K phenomenon?' Has anyone here experienced that? Thanks and blessings to all, Claudia
Guest guest
Yea I feel like this often, but after some time I stopped noticing it so much. It's pleasant for me, like a euphoria. It's weird because It's not like a drunk type of vertigo...it's more like I've expanded my area of perception. write back Claudia Lambright <newtfoodbowl wrote: Hello group! Guest guest
Hi, Josie! Thanks for your response...yes, it is not unpleasant at all, kind of euphoric like you say. I've not had this before yesterday, so it seemed coincidental that it started on the day that the scatterfield was suspended. If it can be considered a phenomenon, then it's my first! Yay! Guest guest
Hey Claudia! Yea, and the easiest time to astral project is when the vertigo is stong. You might even hear things from far away like static and high pitched-sounds. It may come and go, but for the most part the feeling should stay as long as you keep with your type of spiritual excercises. For me I listen to my left ear, and it's almost as if I enter a different world. Keep me and the others posted, Josie Claudia Lambright <newtfoodbowl wrote: Hi, Josie! Guest guest
Dear Claudia, I do actually know what you are talking about, I have had a similar symptom, coming and going. Sometimes I even get the strange feeling the earth will fall out of the sky and feel a physical movement, as if I'm losing the ground!!! Weird. I'm trying to just enjoy it and not get too fearul when it happens. Lots of love Elektra x x x Claudia Lambright <newtfoodbowl wrote: Hello group! Guest guest
Ouuu, I'd love to use the vertigo to AP again...it's been 7 weeks now since I had an OBE! I'll give it a whirl in the early morning tomorrow! " For me > I listen to my left ear, and it's almost as if I > enter a different world. " Very cool! Guest guest
Hi Claudia, All last year I was experimenting with differant chants I found here and there on the net/in books. After doing one, in which the purpose was to activate the crown chakra, I felt, all the next day, pretty much what you describe. Where you feeling head tingles, too?
