Guest guest
Last week I hired a trainer at my gym (big sale). Yesterday was the fitness evaluation where he tests how strong you are and how much weight you can handle. I pretty much have no upper body strength, I could only manage the bar at the bench with my arms. Next was to test my legs. I went to the reverse incline leg press machine. I was to do 10 reps of the weights and he would add more until I couldn't finish 10 reps, that would determine my max. Well they kept adding weights to the bar on the leg presses. I watched my trainers eyebrows raise every time I finished a set. He didn't want to tell me how much I was pressing, because that might intimate me and believe I could not do it. After I was done, he told me that I can lift 615 lbs on the leg press~ ouch. I did much more than my husband. I know this isn't normal for a woman, and I don't weight train my legs, nor are my legs full of muscle. I can not explain this excessive amount and I believe that the K supplies me with some kind of divine energy or strength. I think I lift more than my own trainer! Thought I'd share this funny story blessings lisa
