You can discontinue the Tibetans as your flow is growing. Keep doing the other safeties though. Bring your inner joy into a tighter focus. Do activities and think of situations that bring you joy. Surrender completely and allow the refining process to take its initial course. Watch how the Kundalini directs your diet.
