For awhile at least, I haven't been sleeping soundly.I know I

dream and I usually remember some of my dreams but in the morning I

feel so tired as if I've worked all night. This morning I had to take

my kids to a lab for some tests but in the end we did not go because

we needed an appointment.I woke up at 7am and I went on the computer

for awhile , had some toast with cream cheese and apricot

jam, something I never ate before and then tried to drink some coffee

like I normally do.I drank a little bit and I felt like I was going

to throw up but I never did.I was so cold I had to turn on the oven

to warm up and it was like 75 degrees in here before I turned on the

oven.I went to sleep and it went away because when I woke up 1 1/2

hours later I was fine.I had a dream about me kissing this man I'm

always dreaming about.I woke up and ate some fish and bread and was

still tired so I went back to sleep and the dream continued where it

left off (weird)but when I woke up 2 hours later I wasn't so tired

and I wasn't cold anymore.It seems like I never sweat anymore,even

when I exercise.I know I get really hot when I'm sleeping but I

never sweat then either.I have to wear a hoodie even when it's 80

degrees outside. My endo tells me my labs were great. It makes me

wonder if I should go to my reg. doctor to have some tests done. The

problem is that now I feel really tired if I don't drink coffee and

it looks like now I can't even do that.Even the first tibetan is not

helping by getting me more energized. Is this normal?

Love,nicole
