Because I have the same experiences as you are having and I usually have to change the pillow cases and the sheets just about every morning as they are soaking wet when I wake up. I thought at 1st it was due to the A/C being turned up (77 degrees) but when I turn it down (65 degrees) I still have these night sweats. Strange thing is I have nights when I do not sweat and wake up the same way I went to bed, DRY. I also find that when I read anything K related including from this group I break out in a cold sweat for no apparent reason. Not really bothersome but I do have to keep fresh linen and tissues around. Laundry is not one of my favorite chores.For now...I am just going with the flow and not focusing on it too much. I do feel it is temporary and that we need to make some adjustments to it. Something tells me (internally) this is the bodies way of ridding itself of toxins and cleansing the system.
