DenDen,

Thank you so much for sharing your experience. I to am not focusing on it too

much. Last night was the worst as far as the sweating. I got up and turned my

A/C from 78 to 76 and then to 75. I have had to do this several times, yet other

nights I am fine. I don't always sweat, I am just really hot and have felt as if

I were dehydrating and I had to slather myself in lotion and gulped down water

as if I couldn't get enough in order to relieve the internal heat of my body! It

doesn't bother me, I just deal with it how I can and let it go. Just curious if

it is K! Thanks for letting me know about you!

Love,

Katherine

Hi Katherine... I am betting this is very much K related. Why? Because I have

the same experiences as you are having and I usually have to change the pillow

cases and the sheets just about every morning as they are soaking wet when I

wake up. I thought at 1st it was due to the A/C being turned up (77 degrees) but

when I turn it down (65 degrees) I still have these night sweats. Strange thing

is I have nights when I do not sweat and wake up the same way I went to bed,

DRY. I also find that when I read anything K related including from this group I

break out in a cold sweat for no apparent reason. Not really bothersome but I do

have to keep fresh linen and tissues around. Laundry is not one of my favorite

chores. For now...I am just going with the flow and not focusing on it too much.

I do feel it is temporary and that we need to make some adjustments to it.

Something tells me (internally) this is the bodies way of ridding itself of

toxins and cleansing the system.
