The Suns can last for a while depending on the communication

although most of the time it is done within seconds. Yes they will

obscure what is behind them as the light is quite intense sometimes,

imagine diamonds back lit by the solar sun floating in front of you

with no solar sun in sight. Some are silhouettes, with darkness in

the center, If the movie " Bee season " comes see it, there is a

pretty good rendition there.

Making them go away is not something I do as they will leave of

their own accord. These lights are viewed with the physical eyes by

the way. Others can be viewed with the third and fifth centers. I do

not make them appear either. No creating with the imagination or

otherwise is involved here.

Seeing them is part of the progress, a blessing, as they are

beautiful and interesting with specific agendas. Sometimes the

agenda is the joy they bring by the simple act of being viewed.

This , to me, is part of the ascended skill set one can partake of

with in the Kundalini. Not to be confused with the ascension but

more as a group of experiences that can be accessed by the Kundalini

person. - chrism
