Guest guest
Hi, Sarita. Thinking of you, too. I don't mind answering your rhetorical question...My husband still disapproves of the K, like someone else here said (sorry, I forgot who) that it was akin to voodoo. When I said the safeties, I meant the common sense ones, like drinking lots of water and not other junk, watching TV (remember, he's from England where they have limited commercials and decent programs to watch unlike the absolute drivel we have to watch along with 45 mins. of ads). We hardly watch TV anyway. We watch the rented movies but that's about it. We distance ourselves from negative people and are lucky not to have any in our lives right now. You could argue my hubby is a negative persona but in most things he isn't, just this issue. We eat a mostly organic, wholefood diet. Sodas and junk foodare rarely inour house. My dabughter has er stash of chips, cookies but they are't my thing. He is a strong believer in moving the body, cycling, swimming, tennis, walks or hikes. It's not good to be stagnant, as he tells me when he sees me still sitting at the computer 3 hours later. He doesn't believe in holding a grudge. The other stuff is too " way out there " for him. So, that's what I meant by he lives the safeties, the common sense ones. Glad to hear from you! Valarie Ahhh...imagining that irresistible " new car " smell? Check outnew cars at Autos.
