Thank you so much for taking the time to explain it to me. I have had most of

what you mention, the only part that I haven't experienced is the feel the

strength of a freight train and the sounds. So, I guess I haven't had one yet!

It goes something like this.You feel so much bliss you can't stop

smiling and you feel this warmth and force coming up from the 1st

chackra towards the crown and you can't move while this is

happening.It can feel like a freight train and it can sound like it

too, kind of like hurricane or a swarm of bees.It might go up to your

crown or it might not but if it does you will see lights and this

whole thing might go on for at least 2 hours but you'll feel like only

minutes passed.
