Cool, I didn't know that! I have plenty of tea in my freezer! I also didn't know

that honey was toxic when hot! I drink my tea with honey all of the time when I

drink hot tea! What does it do to you? Do you know? Thanks for the information.

Love, Kat

Re: Foods having an effect on you -

ginger

If you guys like ginger I suggest drinking ginger tea with chamomile once a day,

but don't

sweeten with honey, as honey is toxic when hot. it is just delicious with maple

syup. i find

it's good for the k because it is a root food, but also it cleanses the lungs,

kidneys and the

entire digestive system. also, it helps with the body's heat, which pushes out

stagnant

residue. all diseases are cold. so this, coupled with a glass of lemon water a

day, i find has

been excellent at keeping things flowing, sweeping out the debris, and keeping

me feeling

good. ginger is really stimulating as well, and could potentially replace

coffee.
