Guest guest
Dear CC, I sure understand what you're saying! And I was in this place too when I first began. In fact, I actually did leave and then emailed me and told me about the Christ and Kundalini Group. So I began there. It took some time to get used to things, and believe me, there are MANY TIMES I don't understand what's being said! I've learned to just receive and let the seeds be planted, hoping someday I would have a clue!!! It does feel like a foreign language at times and I really have to stretch just to get a glimmer of what is being said...and maybe I'm even wrong in that understanding. Oh well. So much of what Chrism writes about I so want to understand, I save it in a notebook hoping someday I will. hahaha I'll have the book before he finishes writing it! I'm so thankful for the chance to learn. Meditation...OMG the mind is like a wild horse! It's not an easy thing to tame. The tongue falls into that category, too. Hard to get the reins on them! The only way I can do it is to create some distance from the thoughts...I am not my thoughts...and let them go by instead of getting sucked into them. Its like watching a train go by...each thought is a car on the train...and choosing not to jump onto the car as it approaches is a GREAT victory!!! That breaks the tyranny after a while and you become more free to do other things in the quiet. If you do it as a game, its actually fun. hahaha The record plays over and over...its such a relief when you can find and use the off button! Big hugz!
