Guest guest
Thank you Dhyana, for the encouragement. I save all those pages of goodies too, hoping someday to understand them better. In meditation, I have improved a little at observing thoughts and letting it past by, just somedays they are so overpowering. I began with the Centerpointe Meditation program back about 5 years ago. I guess I should try with out the background sounds, but that is what I am so used to now. The CDs help drown out all the neighboorhood sounds, too, which would be a big interference here where I live. Each set of tapes are progressive, so each time I start on a new one I have to fight being put to sleep by them. Is the Christ and Kundalini Group still around? Maybe it would help my understanding to read some from there. Blessings CC , novalees <Novalees wrote: > > Dear CC, I sure understand what you're saying!
