Guest guest
Slow down my friend. There is no rush and doing so can cause damage. It isnt the destination that is important but how well you enjoy the path of getting there. So please take your time and do not attach importance to the symptoms or phenomena that you may expect to feel. Do the practice for the joy it gives not for the sole purpose of raising the Kundalini. - blessings Shiva K - chrism , shiva k <shiva_mek wrote: > > > Hi dear chrism, > I think my progress is dead slow despite large effort, doing 3 ½ hrs of meditation per day (includes chakra breathing) and Tibetans 2 times /day (except spinning) so it makes me puzzle abt my progress. > Any ways I request my chakra scan or Aura scan by u. > Thank you > Prayers for enlightenment to all – shiva > > chrism <> wrote: > Yes Shiva K you are doing fine. Guest guest
This is such important advice, I think one of the most important peices of advice to really get into the head. Infact, I have been doing an intense practice for quite sometime now, and the more I practice the less I feel. Doesn't mean nothing is happening, just means that the energy is being stored up inside. The more you focus on getting something in return, the less you feel it I would say as shakti is testing us at all times. (In a nice way). I know in my heart that slowly and gently is a relief, not that I've felt a quick involuntary activation but I would imagine it to be quite unsettling and even painful. So, enjoy the view, enjoy the healthy feelings and extra energy. Enjoy life, enjoy the journey. Elektra x x x chrism <> wrote: Slow down my friend. There is no rush and doing so can cause damage.
