Honey Toxic when Hot

I've never heard that honey is toxic when hot. I love ginger tea but I

never sweeten it. I have had hot lemon with honey in it though. I didn't

notice any adverse effects.

 

Where did you get the info about the toxicity of honey. I would like to

read it.
