Guest guest
Ah yes, the explosion feeling. I know it all too well. Do you have a place of silence in your house or outside that you can get your head above water? Sometimes, this is what I need to do in order to get some balance and calmness in. Another trick would be to get up before the kids (if possible) and meditate in complete silence. This feels like a reserve tank has been filled with calm and compassion. Yes, the reserve tank does get empty, sometimes quickly. But I do this on occasion when I know it will be a stressful busy day. I hope this helps!! lisa biggesttom2003 wrote: > > > Lisa wrote: > > > ~Oh and Tom, I do appreciate your 'concerns' on the wife and kids. > > Please try not see them all as a 'negative' in your life. Most of the time, I love my kids and children (3 in total - 4, > 2 & 0) and have endless patience and time for them. > It's...just...those...days...when...you...feel...you...will...explode! > ;-) > > Tom... > >
