Marie,

You will learn as you go as do most of us! We learn from others posts and the

responses of those who have had the experience or phenomenon...but we all learn

from Chrism! He is a super guy eager and willing to help and guide where needed.

There is always someone to offer assistance, opinions, or advise. You have come

to a wonderful group of people who are very compassionate about K and are ready

and willing to step in and at least comfort or reassure as needed. We would love

to hear from you any concerns that you might have or experiences that you might

need to share. I hope you have a wonderful evening!

It really feels good reading your kind words, I hope one day I'll get to

understand well what is going on, like you do, in the mean time I'll just sit,

It sounds like to me that you are definitely having an awakening! Great to hear!

As for sounding like others, I know what you mean, and sometimes we do

experience the same things and other times the experiences are unique to the

individual. As like many on the list, reading the postings can sometimes help

with the process of the K or so it seems. I think you are doing fine.
