Guest guest
Hi, dear Chrism...it's ME, Claudia, the one with all the questions! LOL!!! I've got a few more: 1) What purpose does the spinning (the first Tibetan) serve? What does it do that is so important? 2) re: root vegetables...same question...why so important? 3) also re: root veggies: how much should we eat per day for optimal benefits? 4) For baking, what is a good substitute for processed sugar? What about Turbinado sugar? Also, I found something called 'Steviva brand stevia powder' online that is supposed to be a natural sweetener...have you heard of that? 5) Also for baking, is there a substitute for white flour? Is whole wheat flour OK? What about almond flour? And whole grain flour? 6) Is powdered ginger as good as grated ginger root for baking ginger snaps? As you can tell by the last 3 questions, I am wanting to make myself some natural ginger snaps! Found a good recipe, just checking the acceptability of the ingredients! Thanks for your time and expertise! Love, Claudia ______________________________\ ____ Need Mail bonding? Guest guest
1) - It is a micro releaser of Kundalini. All the Tibetan rites are for the release and pulling of the Kundalini up the spine to the first five chakras. It is important and yes it can be difficult for some and if it is an overwhelming difficulty chakra breathing at the base of the spine can also be very effective. Remember to do the rest of the rites if you do the Chakra breathing in place of the spinning. Be careful about doing both as too much can be released and this can be very painful. 2) Root vegetables are those that are grown in the ground. They are the most beneficial to the " root chakra " this is the first gate that will need to be opened before a substantial flow can be initiated. Consumption of these nutrients are of the feminine qualities and support those qualities that are of the earth and based in the Shakti. As these are consumed and the practiced faithfully adhered to qualities of the well-grounded nurturing of physical and energetic on and in the physical can be demonstrated. 3) Your choice. 4) Brown unprocessed cane sugar or as you write the turbinado or raw sugar. As unprocessed or undamaged by chemicals or genetic engineering as possible. Granulated fructose can also be used. Stevia is good as well as raw unprocessed honey. All of these are best Organic to the " Ca. 1990 " and or " Oregon Tilth " standards. If you can find them - it is getting harder and harder. Use your intuitions about the options that you have in your area. 5) I am stating optimals here so do your best in the area you are in. Green Spinach flour, almond flour, multi grain flour, and organic whole wheat, are all appropriate. Please limit the amounts of flour you consume. Copious intake of these flours can lead to an increase of diabetes and weight gain and the many and assorted ailments that can accompany continued long term copious intake. Not saying you are doing that just a general statement. 6) Well for optimal results freshly grated would be best imho. But you decide what works best for you. Remember that Ginger is " hot " and use it with that knowledge in mind -
