Guest guest
Yes it can indeed be a very HOT! experience so stay hydrated and keep the watermelon around and partake of that as much as you can. This will help the kidneys and adrenals stay in balance and will help to ameliorate the heat to a degree. In tandem with this please continue to do the left nostril breathing. Inhale sharply and use your finger to close that right nostril. Exhale and inhale out the left nostril only. Take out the hot peppers and spices and caffeine if you are consuming them. Walk barefoot on earth (dirt) and allow excess energy to be ground through the soles of your feet. Do the safeties, Keep the tongue up behind the upper front teeth. Do not do the Tibetans. Do not do anything to increase the flow. Eyes up. Fingers locked. If it gets worse put only your bare feet in a bucket of ice water (with cubes) breath up through the palms of the feet, into the legs, and then into the spine, the feeling of cold that comes with it. Let me know how these go for you. - blessings Nicole - chrism
Guest guest
Oh, man, can I relate! There are other factors which it could be...I'm 47 will be 48 next month so the infamous " change " may be upon me. Also, I live in Phoenix where today we are to hit the 100 temps for the first time this year, plus the A/C needs servicing and isn't putting out as cold as it should. But I feel like I'm beginning a fever without the aches, pain or draning of energy that goes with that. It isn't a fever. I register normal, even low. But I feel like a radiator heating up the house! I do love the spices (total curry fanatic) but have cut down on those lately because we are trying to get my daughter to eat what we eat, rather than her own thing while we have " grown up food " . I'm drinking water, trying not to drink it too cold as that only makes me feel hotter. So whether it's K or not, I don't know, probably not but I sure feel the heat! It comes in waves as well but mostly it stays around. I'm sleeping without covers lately as well. I just wake up too hot. And today, I had an odd feeling in my back, left and right sides, like someone had just hit me. Kidneys? I know, watermelon! Blessings everyone, Valarie Take the Internet to Go: Go puts the Internet in your pocket: mail, news, photos & more.
Guest guest
I've been having some difficulty sleeping at night these past few days. I don't use my blanket anymore. Even here at work, I feel warm. Lastnight, I felt warm also. I asked my aunt if she feels warm and she says no. Anne , Valarie Vousden <vjvousden wrote: > > Oh, man, can I relate!
