Thank you very much, Chrism!

 

As for the spinning, I am doing it every day, I was

just wondering what on earth it had to do with K!!

lol.

 

Since you said the amount of root veggies we should

eat each day for optimal results is our choice, I take

it that it doesn't matter. I try to eat a serving of

root veggies every day...hope that's enough.

I like to keep carrots in the fridge to munch on as a

snack, they are really sweet and a good substitute for

the sweet tooth.

They are very satisfying.
