Shouldn't eat that stuff since I'm trying to lose weight but my husband and daughter would eat them (OK, I'd have to have some, too). Yes, if it works out well with any of those ingredients, share the recipe! I use Stevia and raw sugar or turbinado to sweeten but haven't tried them for baking. And I have an electric mill to grind my own flour so I can make the freshest bread possible for my family (and I know everything that goes in it!!!). Haven't tried baked goods like cakes or cookies with the heavier flour just because I'm afraid it wouldn't rise or be too dense to cook through well. Anyway, if those work for you, please let me know your secret recipe! I'm open to any recipes that follow the guidelines here. Mmmmm....ginger snaps! Love to everyone, Valarie Luggage? GPS?
