Guest guest
Hi Sarita. Yes, I remember the days of what its like with a two year old! Nap times were bliss! What I'm finding is the noise of the inner dialog, that usually in continuous, has slowed down and sometimes its not there at all. The silence that is there then has a different quality to it, a blisslike peace. I'm finding that in the christian tradition that is called the " Rest " that we enter into...like a surrender where the dialog isn't needed anymore, we just move with what each moment brings, open to the Spirit to lead and unfold it. Feels like a very free and innocent way to live. Does that make sense? Much love, dhyana --- Sarita <sarita1969 wrote: > Excellent Dhyana! I somewhat understand what you > are saying.
