Guest guest
Kundalini can have its cycles. The tired feeling is one of them it isnt permanent. You are being communicated with by your Kundalini in regards to where she wants you to be - outside. Be outside now as much as you can. In the Sunshine under a tree be there and go bare foot if you can. Eat your meals outside -picnic - do as much as you can out of your house and into the environment. - my take - , " Stephen O. Guest guest
I wish every one well Lately I am very low in energy, and I can sleep around the clock. When I am out side around trees and animals I feel energy coming to me, but when I get back in the house I feel drained. I have been practicing the safeties. My diet is the same as usual sometime I have to eat lots and other times I seem like I don't have to eat at all, but it usualy doesn't cause this drained feeling. I just thought I might be getting spring fever. I used to get that all the time when I was younger. I am wondering if anyone can shed any light on this. Love and Blessings Stephen O.
