Guest guest
These are very similar to kegel exercises and will deliver the same results. Kegel exercises are designed for the conditioning of the muscles that allow a person to hold back the actions of elimination. They are also used in the activities of a sexual nature. As these muscles age they can become less and less effective at retention and some of the other aspects of their use. So exercising them is a good habit. This exercise will improve sexual stamina and strengthen the first and second chakras from the physical point of feeling. This will go as well for the eliminations and the functions of continence. Let me know if directions for the Kegel exercises are needed or perhaps one can Google the term and report what they find -
Guest guest
My understanding of " Kegel exercise " is to pull together the PC muscle, the same muscle used to stop going pee pee. You pull it in and close the circuit. The Micro cosmic orbit circuit. you hold it as long as you can and then release. You can do breathing whilst holding it. Is this correct? Guest guest
Yes, Elektra, plus I understand it as a pulling in of the spincter muscles, too, and the perineum...you just sort of pull in all those muscles together. I think so, anyway.....I know when I was in Lamaze class, the instructor had us try to isolate the muscles and try to contract them separately, which is much harder than contracting them all together!
