Guest guest
I remember them from Lamaze class 30+ years ago, and still do them from time to time. Done at the right moment during lovemaking brings rave reviews from my husband, tee hee!! Chrism, what do you mean when you say that kegels strengthen the first and second chakras from 'the physical point of feeling?' Also, I thought they could be used to 'move' K energy upwards...is that true? Can they be used to stimulate micro-releases of K from the coccyx/root chakra? Guest guest
Hello Claudia, The kegels and or The Red Male Deer excesices are designed and used for many different physical systems as many different systems are involved. So here is a list of " some " of the influences ascribed to these practices - PHYSICAL RESPONSE Increased sexual drive Strengthened Puebocoxxyx response Pulling sexual fluids into the spine Strengthened genital ring muscles Prevention of ejaculation ENERGETIC RESPONSE A vital and strong first chakra bleeding over into areas of security and survival and reproduction and increasing or strengthening these areas. , Claudia Lambright <newtfoodbowl wrote: > > Hello, again, Chrism...I'm posting these questions > again as I guess you may have missed my post > yesterday. > > > What do you mean when you say that kegels > strengthen the first and second chakras from 'the > physical point of feeling?' Guest guest
Hello Claudia, Alright my computer is having K syndrome. Turning on functions and what not so I hope this gets through. It decided to send the first response before I was finished so i will continue from there. Bringing the sexual fluids into the platform for infusionary chganges as it begins to enter the spinal energies. Forgot to mention the immune system strengthening in the PHYSICAL section so there is that to consider as well. - c

Guest guest
Chrism, I'm new to the list and don't know what the Red Male Deer Excercises are. Are there any links where it's explained? Guest guest
Hello John they are somewhat rare at least the last I tried to look. Some of the Asian masters like to keep these things secret. I had to go directly to a person to get the answers. If you do the Kegel exercises you are doing much the same thing as far as I know. - blessings and welcome John - chrism

Guest guest
Is it possible to get a hold of the female deer method anywhere? I think I would very much like that as a method of birth control and so would the hubby! Guest guest
Chrism, I got excited when I read this stops womens menstrual cycle. I will try this for sure, thank you for sharing!! _______________________ ** The Level-2 Testicular/Ovarian Gong Fu takes the Level-1 practices of opening the Root Chakra and connecting the meridians and further expounds upon them. " Male Deer " exercises for keeping sexual energy at its peak are employed in the program along with the " Female Deer " exercises, which are used to stop the menstruation process and the subsequent loss of vital energy that accompanies it. In Chinese lore the Female Deer exercises are called 'Slaying the Red Dragon' for obvious reasons. It is a very natural and powerful practice that works easily and once practice is stopped, normal menstrual periods will return immediately. It also is a great form of birth control that you can turn on and off. Both the Male and Female Deer exercises were kept highly secret by the ruling families of ancient China. The Female Deer exercises work by tricking the body into thinking its 'lactating'.** chrism wrote: > > This is the man I recieved the " Red Male Deer " information from - > > > http://www.wholisticarts.org/morris.html > <http://www.wholisticarts.org/morris.html> > >
Guest guest
Mantak Chia mentions it so you may wish to google it and his name. But from my research into it, I have found them to be very similar to the kegel excercises. - chrism
Guest guest
I am wondering if there is anywhere you can find the exercises to do this. I googled it and I couldn't even find a book on the Male Red Deer exercises.
