First, hello all you lovely people! I love the massive hug alerts!

When you send them out, I GET it and send it back out to add to the

big huge circle we are all creating. so here's another one...

((((((HUGS)))))))

When I do the Tibetans and the compression prayer I heat up like an

oven. It's really uncomfortable. I do the lunar nostril breathing

but it doesn't cool me down, I continue to radiate heat, in fact it

starts to come in swells. I don't know if it's good that I don't

sweat with this or bad that I don't sweat. Any suggestions?

I wish I had more to report but physical signs aren't visible to me.

Other than the heat thing! No real movement up the spiine lately.

Now and then ringing in the ears, a slight light-headedness, white

sparkles in my periphery. But that's it. Hoping for some positive

change with the Shaktipat coming up. Getting excited and nervous

about it.

Is the Shaktipat for a day only or is it over a period of time? Just

want to be prepared.

My 2 new kitties are so adorable. My 5 year old had names for them

long before we got them but they fit nicely. Shimi is black with

white mitts, stomach and little curly-Q moustache. Lily (short for

Alilya) is half Siamese and a little thing. They are 2 months old

and a lovely addition to the family. I practice healing hands on

them which they like but when they've had enough they let me know!

And I've got the scratches to prove it! LOL!

Hugs, everyone. Love reading all your posts. I may not write much

but know I'm reading you, praying when you request and sending love

always.
