Guest guest
Can we have a little input on the spinning,ie clockwise and anticlockwise. My understanding is that clockwise has a slowing effect, anticlockwise, enlivens. Why then the clockwise spin to the 5 Tibetans, what does this do within the spinal flow of energy. I thought the Tibetans were to wake up''K''. How does clockwise release the Serpent energy in the base of the spine? Love to All Igor. Guest guest
We have different understandings is all. I counsel " clock wise " spinning always. Counter clockwise spinning can make a person sick for days as it is a closing down as opposed to an opening up of the first chakra. It isn't righty tighty lefty loosy in this case imho. But if you need to experience this try it. If you get sick spin the same amount of time clockwise. Others here have mentioned in the past that they get sick when doing this, and others enjoy a counter clockwise spin. I do not. But I will not make an absolutist statement Igor if the left hand spin works for you then please do it. I just go with the Tibetan Lama's on this one and trust in the integrity of their works. – , " strtrchrd " <Alphu-s wrote: > > Can we have a little input on the spinning,ie clockwise and > anticlockwise. > My understanding is that clockwise has a slowing > effect, anticlockwise, enlivens. > Why then the clockwise spin to the 5 Tibetans, what does this do within > the spinal flow of energy. > I thought the Tibetans were to wake up''K''.
