For -Severe muscle cramps.

Can muscle cramps be kryias ?I have had 2 muscle cramps tonite and

they were extremely painful.I take vitamins and I doubt that I have a

magnesiom deficiency.Also I drank a lot of water.The cramps started

again after being absent for a year.Any thoughts on this ?

Try eating a couple of bananas its a potassium issue commonly. But the

K can cramp the muscles too. Get the potassium first and see if that

I can attest to the necessity for potassium at times (not sure if

this is merely normal physiology or something more subtle)... do you

have any opinions about fluoride? I don't mean the usual " fiendish

fluoridators poisoning our children " sense, rather the potassium and

fluorine ions are what I'm interested in your opinion about, and

their relation to cerebrospinal fluid among other things.

 

Hopefully that's clear enough, otherwise I will have to dig up some

old research this weekend :-)
