Yes this is a stirring of your second chakra or what the Daoists call

the " Dan tien " . No need for worries it is a power center like all the

chakras but if the fluttering reaches the genitals and a feeling of

a " lifting " of material is felt then it cna be a GFA occurance.

 

Fluttering will couur. No worries feel what it gives you from an

intuitional aspect and trust those feelings. Let me know what comes to

Dear Chrism,

At the time I read your reply to my post I was unaware of the

feeling you had described that was yet to come.

But for the last few days whenever I meditate or just lie down to

rest I feel a lot of activity in the root chakra area.

I also feel highly sexually stimulated , something which I had not

felt for the last five years and really surprises me.

By the way what is GFA occurance?

I am takinkg one step at a time and in no hurry.

I think I am ready for the Scatterfield and Summer Solistic

Shaktipat.

I am practicing the safeties.

And I am working on forgiving myself as well as all the others that

had come into my life and caused me pain.
