Guest guest
Hi Nicole, Here's what I have learned: Which forms of magnesium have you used? A good form I used is Magnesium Malate. It is really absorbable by the body and some forms on being sold are not. I even read it helped with energy building of cells when you have fatigue by helping the Krebs cycle or ATP by being a needed molecule for our individual cell's mitochondria (the energy factories in our cells.) And when we don't have enough absorbable magnesium - Do you know anyone that uses seravent alone or in advair? works great in hazardous air quality days keeping the lungs open but some researchshowed it creates a great need for potassium. There is a calcium/magnesium balance one makes things tighten up and the other gets them to relax. You need both in your diet or supplements if not in your diet. & the potassium thing can be needed if certain stresses or even one time or currently needed medicines- deplete the store of potassium- needed by the body. I can swear by Magnesium Malate, its like gold at times. It reverses fatigue, it ends muscle tightening charlie horse style cramps in the foot arche for me. Obviously my diet or stores were depleted of magnesium! When my body moves, changes position or moves- it also jerks some muscles into use without my plan on it in order to move- somewhat abruptly (unlike when I consciously plan it)- during meditation, some prayer, and relaxation, sometimes at night in bed too during cycles or an energy event I am experiencing. I think If I am low on magnesium malate- then that sudden moving of my hand over my head, or pelvic rock with diaphragm out breath- when that happens it could trigger later soreness if I didn't lift weighs and stretch at least a bit over the years- could make a wonderful energy experience more uncomfortable, without nutritional support- unnecesarily so for me- because it was my deficit magnesium making my foot arch close to a painfilled charlie horse... then the movement happened to my mid torso and - well gosh! I wish you well whatever is wonderful wonderfilled I hope you find it love- Ruth >
