Diamond dream-Jessica

Hi, Jessica,

 

Yes, this was an interesting dream indeed! Diamonds

can symbolize your spiritual consciousness, and as

soon as you experienced that word in your dream, you

felt a very focused infusion of energy and then as if

that energy was being adjusted or 'honed.' Although

it was frightening, it left you with a feeling of

contentment and security. I would see that as an

indication of the Kundalini energy working in you and

're-creating' you as a worthy vessel for the Holy

Spirit. Diamonds also signify that which we value,

which would also tie in with the K.

 

Usually, seeing your boyfriend in your dream directly

symbolizes your relationship with that person, but in

this case, even you thought it might indicate two

different aspects of yourself, so I would tend to go

with that. Perhaps you are seeing both the new you

that is being re-created by the K and the old you,

with whom you were comfortable for many years. This

would be frightening...the changes that K brings

signal a shedding of the old self, which means parting

with an old friend in a very real sense. You love

them both...perhaps 'I love God' was directed at the

new self, and 'I love you' to the old self. Then you

see your mother, who was your primary source of

protection and guidance during your childhood. The

mother also signifies the nurturing aspect of

yourself. You have experienced a 'film clip' of your

K awakening in this dream and have come fact-to-face

with what you are becoming and what you are leaving

behind, and it was both innervating and

frightening...it makes sense that you would feel the

need for refuge at this point.

 

Quite a cathartic dream...it is not surprising that

you were so moved emotionally upon waking. Nothing to

fear, Jessica, I believe that this was a sign of much

progress along your path! Congratulations.
