Guest guest
Sometimes kriyas take the form of spontaneous asanas (hatha yoga poses), mudras (hand gestures), bandhas (locks), and pranayama (breathwork). Don't be surprised if, during a meditation, you find yourself doing a mudra or a bandha you didn't even know it existed. Once you are done with the practice, go check the literature and learn more about it. I also noticed that, at times, it feels like the energy body is taking a hatha yoga pose while the physical body is sitting still. The sensation is very distinctive; you really get the feeling that you are doing the most complex pretzelasanas without blinking. Guest guest
It is very timely that you should mention this at this moment Selena. Like I mentioned in my previous post, I have never done yoga (might be time to start) but have been experiencing all of what you describe aside from the mudras. Not to any great degree at all. Exceedingly minor manifestations of asanas and pranayama but definite nonetheless. The tongue lock normally continues in intensity till it is quite forceful the deeper into contemplation or phenomenon that I drift. I expect to experience asanas to a greater degree in the future. I felt how the energetic paths were flowing more easily with my body locked into specific positions. Thanks for all your great info as always. love, glen. Oh, and one other thing - when I have extreme phenomenon occurring such as this it always attracts entities. Like moths to a light. >Bang< from an appliance or position in the room, then scampering as they run towards the bed, then feeling them climb up to feed on the excess energies. I am experimenting a little with sending them love but normally get caught up in contemplation of more pertinent matters and I end up forgetting about them and when I remember they are gone... , " selena230 " <selena230 wrote: > > Sometimes kriyas take the form of spontaneous asanas (hatha yoga > poses), mudras (hand gestures), bandhas (locks), and pranayama > (breathwork).
