Guest guest
Hi Sarita. I have been experiencing lots of kriyas recently and am always in the fortunate position to be able to just submit. As with all things k, I think a little flexibility is allowed if submission is normally shown. Something pretty amazing occurred last night when the kriyas actually started forcing me into yoga postures! I had read of this and though I guess believed it, could not really associate with what they were saying. What makes this really amazing is I have never even done yoga! It seems really obvious how this occurs now that I have experienced this phenomenon and can directly relate. My kriyas normally manifest as spasms and jerks - some very intense. They seem to concentrate or emanate from specific chakras generally but will travel - sometimes through the length of the body, bit by bit - appearing to be working on conditioning paths. At least that's the impression I get? Interestingly, although I could go through a series of spasms that (I imagine) would normally leave my muscles sore, with kriyas I am left with no unpleasant after effects. My kriyas can be brought on by contemplation within any area that relates to a blockage (again I guess?) within one of my chakras. An ache begins immediately within the affected chakra with kriyas following very quickly after. This doesn't have to be deep contemplation but is always " right thought " and generally selfless, compassionate or forgiving and always loving. I normally always have my tongue in position and have noticed when I do the finger locks, after kriyas begin, that seems to (a) make them a little more pronounced, but (b) easier to ride with. Interesting result... I haven't actually read that much about kriyas and would be interested in hearing chrism's views? love to you all, glen o. , " chrism " <> wrote: > > Yes Sarita it is possible.
