Guest guest
Hello Glen, Your experience is the desired one to be sure. As you are able to surrender to the kriya it will also, generally, commit to your schedule. The mudras (finger positions) are enhancements and should be used. The feelings and intuitions for triggering more kriya activity is often along the lines of what you have written about " right thinking " and thoughts of compassion and love and forgiveness or seeing others present these actions near you as this frequency of love is strong. This can start the kriya activities. They will also just come on their own if a practice isn't being followed. And they can be more disruptive for those viewing it than those experiencing the kriya. This is a transition stage and is a part of the body being introduced to and infused by the transformative processes of the Kundalini. This goes away. It is rare that I have a kriya anymore. As Selena mentioned kriyas may join other kriyas and their cummulative movements will follow a pattern of spiral movement. This is commonly called the " Snake Dance " , this can follow you through out your day and flavor your walk as you go about your business, or insert movement into your meditation. No worries its normal and part of the process. When you complete this aspect of the infusion these kriyas will subside. - , " Glen Olah " <glen_olah wrote: > > Hi Sarita.
