Advice needed--Volunteering at a Kitchen for the Homeless-- and List

Hello Everyone, I hope you are all having a wonderful evening (day)! I

need your advice. I am volunteering at a kitchen for the homeless

tomorrow with the church that I attend. I have never done this type of

service before and I know that I will want to help everyone that comes

in. Can I send energy to the homeless and if so how do I do it? Right

now when I send energy I do it through meditation. I won't be able to

do that tomorrow. If you have any suggestions please let me know. I

would also like to ask if there is any preparation I need to do before

going! Thank you for your help in advance.
