Guest guest
The currents these thumb locks are generating are starting to get rather strong! I'm fine when it's just my hands and wrists teeming, but lately locking my thumbs is causing energy to well up at the rear base of my brain (or sometimes brow) at the same time, where the sensation can get a bit too headachy to be comfortable. If I release my thumbs the feeling does eventually dissipate, and I can momentarily bob it down my spine for more instant relief, but still...do you think this is something I need to work through, or should I just leave my thumbs untwiddled for a while? Guest guest
Heh. Untwiddled. We'll have to file that one away! Depends upon you my friend and how much of an infusion you care to have at this time. Fortunately you are having a series of results that can allow you the rare option of personal control. At this time. Watch out for the trap of thinking that as you progress into the process further, that your decision not to do a certain thing will produce the same results. There is a point where the Kundalini will completely take over your process. Then the roles of control are reversed. So I suggest you determine at this time what is best for you regarding the thumb lock. Remember there is no rush. Going slow allows the body time to acclimate. I suggest you focus on the emotional balance now. - blessings Tom - chrism
Guest guest
Tom, if the energy is lodging at the base of your neck I believe if I am not mistaken that you should lay on the floor and gently draw up you legs and gently move them to the right and then to the left of you! can let you know if this is correct! If you do this you may hear a pop or a crack and you may even see sparks! Don't be alarmed! I hope this helps! Guest guest
Hello Katherine, Thank you - now you mention it, you're right, when I'm horizontal it's absolutely fine. I think the problem is that I've ended up developing the habit of lightly connecting the circuit while I'm very non-horizontal indeed - to be precise, when I'm walking around town in my lunch breaks. So that habit has to go I think - if I carry out your suggestions I'll get arrested for clogging up the pavement! Guest guest
Tom, you are right! I don't think it is advisable to lay in the streets to clear the energy! YOU truly might have a story to tell, and one that you won't be so happy about! Can you imagine what would happen? Hilarious! Well...Ahhh shucks! I am sorry to say that I don't have a clue of what you can do in that sort of situation...maybe might be able to provide other things. Guest guest
Hello Tom what the goal is is a gentle spinal twist, and do mean gentle. You can do this as you sit or stand or lying down as Katherine suggested. This will allow for any light blockages do be released and as you do this you may feel a rush of energy out the top of your head or upwards to the interior. You may also see some brilliant golden white floating sparks come into your visual field. These are aspects of your energetic body and definatly to be enjoyed - they are beautiful and outside of any environmental phenomena. - blessings - chrism
Guest guest
Leave them unlocked for a time and work on the other aspects of the practice. Med. and " service to another " and " tolerance " . Now this doesnt mean you MUST keep them unlocked as your curiosity will tempt you to go there, but as you do lock them up do a series of " forgivnesses " or " service " or a series of " gratitudes " and connect the finger locks to those emotional balancers. Everytime. Begin to work from your heart Tom - , " etomireland " <singaporenoodles wrote: > > The currents these thumb locks are generating are starting to get > rather strong!
