Guest guest
Oh, (hee, hee, hee!) I wonder where I got the idea that I should do 21 repetitions three times! Silly me. Thank you for the encouragement, Paul ! I feel great! Full of energy and I don't even care if I have to be on a water fast- I thought I would have a hard time with it, I thought I would be STARVING! Well, not only am I not upset and all " Oh, me. " but I actually feel completely at peace with it. Thank you so much, Paul. Love and warm blessings to you, Tara Paul F <paulffff wrote: Hi tara! As for the Tibetans, I do them once per day. You should do them a maximum of 21 repetitions, but I've read where several people have had difficulties spinning 21 times at first. I think it is more important to do them consistantly every day, than to try to force the quantity. Congratulations on a good start! :-) Blessings to you..
