Oh, (hee,hee,hee!) I wonder where I got the idea that I should do 21 repetitions

three times! Silly me.

Thank you for the encouragement, Paul ! I feel great! Full of energy and I

don't even care if I have to be on a water fast- I thought I would have a hard

time with it, I thought I would be STARVING! Well, not only am I not upset and

all " Oh, me. "

but I actually feel completely at peace with it.

As for the Tibetans, I do them once per day. You should do them a maximum

of 21 repetitions, but I've read where several people have had difficulties

spinning 21 times at first. I think it is more important to do them

consistantly every day, than to try to force the quantity.
