Guest guest
Hi and all - I haven't been on the group for a while and only just now read about the kriyas - and I am so glad about it! I have been experiencing spasms and jerks - some very intense - lately and wasn't sure if this had to do with Parkinson's. However, they must be kriyas as I also feel a lot of energy travelling up my spine, a pleasant feeling. The other day I even woke up in the middle of of he night and the 'Snake Dance' lasted for nearly hour. Thank God there is a kundalini group! - Ruth

Guest guest
Ruth, you are so right with being blessed with the opportunity to be connected at this time to such an invaluable resource such as the wisdom provided through this group. I only just considered how confused and concerned I would be about my own Kriyas if I was not aware of what they are. As it is they have always occurred without me giving them any concerned thought. It's great to have you with us to share your journey. love to you, glen o. , " ruzu27 " <ruzu27 wrote: > > Hi and all - I haven't been on the group for a while and > only just now read about the kriyas - and I am so glad about it! > > I have been experiencing spasms and jerks - some very > intense - lately and wasn't sure if this had to do with > Parkinson's. > > However, they must be kriyas as I also feel a lot of energy > travelling up my spine, a pleasant feeling. Guest guest
Hello Ruth, I am happy to hear that you think your experiences are kryias rather than your Parkinson's. I am like you in the sense that I have been experiences the same thing, but didn't really know why nor did I relate it to K until I read the posts. I feel that I was having the experience of kryias. Anyway, I hope that with the practices and all you will be able to get better. Love, Katherine ruzu27 <ruzu27 Tuesday, May 22, 2007 2:13:10 PM Kriyas - Chrism Hi and all - I haven't been on the group for a while and only just now read about the kriyas - and I am so glad about it!
