I felt like I just drank a bottle of wine, and was seeing the room moving. lol Love and blessings to you..and many thanks for your humerus support! You can do them twice a day if you wish, or just once a day. Then add one more rep each week till you are doing 21 each of the 5 Tibetans. I hope will confirm this.
