I agree! I think every experience has a lesson and blessing in it. I

recently was at another Kundalini group and the contrast...Not that it

was bad, but it was not run the way this one is. There is a

definate " authority " and their subjects. It wasn't the most friendly

or useful experience I've had, but it showed me where I belong.
