Please before you even think about activating Kundalini make sure you

practice your forgivnesses and bring that activity into second nature.

Especially when you are challenged by those people in life who are

confronting you for whatever reason. Practice the quality of

forgivness. This is a safety for you. Practice your gratitudes, do as

Master Condrey does and use a stone to remind you to say your

gratitudes daily. This is as important if not more so than any of the

physical manipulations or the Shaktipat in the raising of the

Kundalini.
