Guest guest
Those movements sound reminiscent of Kriyas, don't they? Or are Kriyas never painful? I do not experience joint pain...it was fast moving and more like cramping and twisting of my legs. That is what takes place in my hands from time to time...they simply cramp up and twist out of shape. But then as I relax and move into non resistance fully, it leaves as fast as it came. I was reading the many experiences that others have here and was wondering if it had anything to do with this. > I did read the files and will begin to add root vegs also to my diet. I am trying to surrender to this process, and find it difficult since I have been on the road since 2003 in healing work. I stay with others while the healing takes place, and so my diet and excercise has alot to do with how each different home lives. > Thank you again for all you have given here. Guest guest
Kriyas can hurt. But they do not typically do so if one is in surrender and moving with as opposed to against the infusion. Often an individual doesnt know what is occurring and will automatically go into a form of resistance. After that is released and the flow is not restricted, the pain will diminish. -
